How we work
Most software problems are communication problems.
Systems rot when nobody can explain why they were built that way. So we work in the open — clear scope, written decisions, and code that the next engineer can pick up without a meeting.
Small team, direct access
You talk to the people writing the code. No account managers, no relay, no context lost between the brief and the branch.
We write it down
Architecture decisions, trade-offs and runbooks are documented as we go. When we hand over, your team is not reverse-engineering our choices.
Scope we can defend
We would rather ship a smaller system that works than a larger one that half-works. If something is out of our depth, we say so early.
